Delivery Service on the Delmarva Peninsula
At Shore Appliance Connection, we offer reliable and convenient delivery options to get your new appliances to your home safely. Our local delivery service is available for a flat rate of $99.00, which includes delivery and the removal of your old appliance at no extra charge. Please note that this fee does not cover installation services.

The White Glove Delivery Service
Our White Glove Delivery Service goes above and beyond, ensuring your appliance delivery experience is hassle-free and handled with care. This premium service includes:
- Home/residential delivery
- Unboxing and checking the unit for damage
- Removal of product packaging and debris
- Haul-away and disposal of your old appliance
- Installation by connecting to existing water, gas lines (with a cutoff valve), and plug- in electrical services
Please note that custom installation services are quoted on a case-by-case basis. However, some items are not included in our standard White Glove service. These include under-counter icemakers, dishwashers, disposals, over-the-range microwaves, single/double ovens, cooktops, and built-in appliances such as hoods and refrigerators.
Before leaving, our technician will go over everything to ensure your appliance is set up correctly and answer any questions you may have.

Local Pickup
For local customers, we also offer a convenient Local Pickup option. You can order online, select local pickup at checkout, and pick up your order in-store during our established warehouse hours. Here’s how it works:
- Place your order through our online store.
- Select Local Pickup as your shipping method.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a Local Pickup notification email letting you know when your item is ready.
Orders are typically ready within 2 business days, and we’ll notify you of any potential delays. Please note that orders will be held for up to 7 days. If not picked up by that time, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed according to our return policy.
For a smooth pickup process, bring the following:
- A copy of your Local Pickup email
- A valid photo ID
- The credit card used for the purchase (unless using an alternate pickup person)

Special Orders & Returns
Special orders will be ready within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Only the purchaser or an authorized pickup person can retrieve the items. If you need to return a special order, it must be in its original, unopened packaging and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any return freight charges from the supplier.
